​My career began in academia with a PhD in understanding epigenetic mechanisms underlying the role of Brdt in mammalian spermiogenesis. I continued my scientific journey with postdoctoral trainings at MD Anderson Cancer Center and Harvard studying epigenetic mechanisms governing DNA repair and cancer. Like every recruiter I know, I also fell into recruiting. I was looking to move away from the bench, give vent to my extroverted personality and still be connected to cutting-edge Science. Over the last few years, building teams for wonderful Biotech clients like Translate Bio, Rubius Therapeutics and Tectonic Therapeutic Inc. has truly fanned the fire for talent acquisition within me.
