Diversely is an automated, platform-based D&I recruitment solution that helps us to measure and improve the diversity of our candidate pipeline.

Diversely allows us to demonstrate an inclusive hiring process and provide candidates with an inclusive recruitment journey where they can safely, and optionally disclose their diversity characteristics.

Diversely also fits into our in-house bias awareness training by allowing our consultants to run their job adverts through a bias analyser to further help them to remove accidental non-inclusive language and ensure that all our job adverts are as inclusive and appeal to as broad a talent pool as possible.
