Associate Director MSAT

If you are aspiring to move into a Director / Senior Director role and want a clear pathway, read on.

As part of my client’s succession planning process, they are looking to appoint an experienced MSAT professional in a position that will support the existing Senior Director and eventually evolve into a more senior capacity.

I am partnering with a rapidly expanding, commercial-stage biopharmaceutical manufacturing business that is continuing to make positive waves in the advanced therapy space in both Europe and North America.

In a position that will involve direct people leadership and strategic input, you will help guide the MSAT team development, as the business continues to push boundaries in both clinical and commercial advanced therapy manufacturing.

With this approach to succession planning, it is clear that the business is serious about employee development and progression – therefore you will have a genuine opportunity to further enhance your experience and contribute to an expanding and influential business.

Some of the key areas of experience are outlined below but for further information and to discuss the opportunities available, please contact Mark Bux-Ryan for further information and to discuss the opportunities.

Experience of interest:

  • A clear track record in manufacturing science / MSAT

  • A track record in leadership and people management

  • Experience within cell and gene therapy manufacturing

  • Strong experience of GMP and regulatory challenges in this setting
