You’ll collaborate with leading pharmaceutical clients to deliver impactful campaigns that drive meaningful change.

Your Role:

  • Develop tailored communication strategies that align with client objectives and the healthcare landscape.

  • Conduct in-depth research on therapeutic areas, audience insights, and industry trends to inform strategy.

  • Work closely with clients, offering expert guidance to elevate their brand impact.

  • Partner with creative teams to turn insights into high-impact, engaging campaigns.

  • Create messaging frameworks, campaign briefs, and tactical plans to address client needs.

  • Use data and analytics to measure campaign success and optimise strategies for continuous improvement.

  • Stay informed on healthcare and pharmaceutical trends to deliver forward-thinking solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in medical communications within an agency environment.

  • A BSc or equivalent in a Life Science subject.

  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with proven success in developing actionable strategies.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to present complex ideas clearly.

  • Experience working closely with creative teams to execute innovative campaigns.

  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and regulatory frameworks.

  • A proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering strategic value.

  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping and omnichannel strategies.
