You’ll collaborate with leading pharmaceutical clients to deliver impactful campaigns that drive meaningful change.
Your Role:
Develop tailored communication strategies that align with client objectives and the healthcare landscape.
Conduct in-depth research on therapeutic areas, audience insights, and industry trends to inform strategy.
Work closely with clients, offering expert guidance to elevate their brand impact.
Partner with creative teams to turn insights into high-impact, engaging campaigns.
Create messaging frameworks, campaign briefs, and tactical plans to address client needs.
Use data and analytics to measure campaign success and optimise strategies for continuous improvement.
Stay informed on healthcare and pharmaceutical trends to deliver forward-thinking solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
3-5 years’ experience in medical communications within an agency environment.
A BSc or equivalent in a Life Science subject.
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with proven success in developing actionable strategies.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to present complex ideas clearly.
Experience working closely with creative teams to execute innovative campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and regulatory frameworks.
A proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering strategic value.
Familiarity with customer journey mapping and omnichannel strategies.
