I am partnering with a rapidly expanding, commercial-stage biopharmaceutical manufacturing business that is continuing to make positive waves in the advanced therapy space in both Europe and North America.

This is a key hire for a new General Manager to have full P&L responsibility for a substantial key facility, based in New Jersey. Leading a team of experience experts across the site, this hire will be instrumental in driving continuous growth, people development and overseeing the delivery of business critical milestones.

Overseeing all operational and site functions of an expanding biopharmaceutical facility, you will bring a strong commercial and business acumen as well as a demonstrable track record in leadership and development of your teams.

Experience of interest:

• A strong track record in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically with experience of sterile manufacturing (cell and gene, biologics etc.)

• An experienced and seasoned people leader

• Strong understanding of commercial and business challenges for a biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility
