​Managing Director

 

Partnering exclusively with a leading and continuously growing force in European Healthcare, we have been tasked with identifying a brand-new hire to lead the both the commercial and operational functions across Germany and the Netherlands.

This business has clear and ambitious growth plans following a private equity investment in 2023. With a product focus that serves the public healthcare system, this Managing Director will take a hands on lead in developing and executing strategy, with a significant emphasis on commercial growth.

With three core areas of business to grow, the MD will focus on developing new relationships, maximising existing relationships and ultimately growing the footprint of the company, with a priority focus in both the Netherlands and Germany.

The position can be remote but with flexibility to travel for business.

A strong and competitive package is on offer that includes 50% OTE.

Key experience:

·         Previous experience in a Managing Director capacity or similar level, with a focus on driving commercial growth

·         Healthcare experience is an advantage but is not essential - although a patient/person focused solution background is critical to make the transition

·         Experience of the public / governmental procurement and policy systems is critical

·         Leadership experience is essential

·         A proven and demonstrable track record in developing new business and expanding existing relationships
