Location: Enschede, Netherlands

With a team of 12-15 dedicated professionals and new funding secured in January 2025, the business are expanding their operational capacity to ensure larger production runs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance (QA):

• Supervise QA/QC activities.

• Manage and maintain our newly acquired ISO9001 certification.

• Implement new QA systems and prepare for ISO13485 certification.

• Operations:

• Enhance operational efficiency of production processes.

• Set up and optimize production processes.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Prepare production for larger manufacturing scales.

Role Requirements:

·       5 years’+ experience in a pharmaceutical QA setting

·       Previous experience with setting up procedures/ implementation is a big advantage

·       Experience with pharmaceutical GMP and ISO9001 is essential

·       Willingness and interest to get involved with continuous improvement/ operational projects alongside QA oversight
