Location: Warsaw, Poland

Are you an experienced QA professional with a background in GMP pharmaceuticals? We are looking for two dedicated QA Specialists to join a dedicated QA team in Warsaw. One role will focus on QC documentation, and the other on Quality Management Systems (QMS), with significant interaction with the Berlin site.

Key Responsibilities:

• QC Documentation Specialist:

• Manage and maintain quality control documentation.

• Ensure compliance with GMP standards.

• Collaborate with the QC team to support documentation needs.

• QMS Specialist:

• Oversee and maintain the Quality Management System.

• Interact frequently with the Berlin site to ensure alignment and compliance.

• Implement and monitor QMS processes and improvements.

Shift Details:

• Work hours: 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm – changing weekly

• No weekend work required.

Role Requirements:

• At least 1 year+ of QA experience in a GMP pharmaceutical environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
