  • Supporting financial planning, resourcing, and account growth, making smart commercial decisions.

About You:

  • Currently a Senior Account Director or an experienced Account Director ready to step up.

  • Background in medical communications or healthcare marketing, with strong experience in delivery-focused roles.

  • A structured, process-driven approach, ensuring clarity and efficiency across projects.

  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in resourcing, financial planning, and organic growth.

  • A proactive mindset, able to anticipate needs and provide solutions before challenges arise.

  • Ideally, a science background or strong experience across multiple therapy areas.
