·        Previous experience as and Account Executive or Senior Account Executive in a healthcare communications agency

·        Experience working on UK or EU healthcare communications

·        A scientific background is a bonus, but not essential

·        A proactive mindset – you take initiative but know when to seek input

·        Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects

·        Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment, managing responsibilities independently
