​Analytical Team Leader

If you are looking to develop your career in one of the most established and well known pharmaceutical brands in the region, with increasing international presence, this could a fantastic opportunity to explore.

Working in a routine testing focused capacity, you will be leading a team of around 12 scientists – both experienced and technician level – in analytical testing using a range of separation methods, predominantly HPLC.

Focusing on scheduling and coordinating the team’s activity, you will also get involved in troubleshooting technical issues and support growth through coaching and development. There will be no “hands on” analytical work required of this hire, beyond supporting the team with technical problem solving and development.

Due to the nature of the role and proximity required to the team, the role will be office based, with the potential for one day remote working after the probationary period.

Experience:

• MSc degree in a life sciences subject

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a related analytical or QC capacity within pharmaceutical science

• Experienced in HPLC essential

• Any experience of CE would be advantageous

• GMP experience is essential

• Previous supervisory experience would be beneficial and strongly preferred
