Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to achieve ambitious growth goals.

• Lead and inspire a high-performing sales and business development team.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key industry partners and clients.

• Develop effective marketing and communication strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.

• Oversee pricing and contracting strategies to ensure profitability.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in the CRO (to include preclinical) industry, ideally with a successful track record in a leadership role.

• Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact commercial strategies.

• Deep understanding of the preclinical drug development process and customer needs.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• A strong track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
