  • Salary: up to €4200 per month depending on experience (13.92 months)


RBW Consulting are proud to be partnered with a non-for-profit organization representing the largest network of academic groups dedicated to their area of drug development.


They are looking for a Clinical Project Manager to join their company which is described as friendly, flexible, and fantastic for learning.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as main study contact for operational activities for the company

  • Coordinate company operational responsibilities for assigned clinical trials, including, but not limited to:

  • Conduct of group / site feasibility surveys

  • Set up and coordination of study governance committees, and working groups, including related documentation

  • Development and follow up on study contracts and budgets in collaboration with the company Legal and Finance departments

  • Prepare, manage and follow-up on internal and external study related meetings (including taking minutes)

  • Lead internal and external discussions related to operational activities of assigned studies

  • Prepare and/or review study documents and communications

  • Assist in preparation and follow-up of study related grants if needed

  • Contribute to other scientific operations activities as needed

  • Ensure that company principles and processes are adhered to, under the guidance of Project Management Leaders/Research Operations Director

  • Keep oversight on assigned projects, report progress and resolve or escalate issues as required

  • Maintain company study / program files and assist with administrative tasks as needed


Ideal Background:

  • Academic degree

  • Experience in clinical trials for drug development

  • Good knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and methodologies

  • English speaking
