Field Service Engineer role:

• Install, maintain, and repair advanced life science tools and instrumentation.

• Provide exceptional customer support and training to ensure optimal use of our products.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and product performance.

Field Service Engineer Requirements:

• Relevant education or equivalent experience in a scientific or engineering based discipline is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

• Experience in a Field/Customer Engineering Environment, preferably with Life Science / Diagnostic instrument applications.

• Ability to communicate in a professional manner with customers on all levels, providing service information, technical data and general help as necessary.

• Strong customer service ethic.

• Fluency in Dutch and English (French is advantageous)

• Prepared to travel (average 2 – 3 nights away per week).

• Full EU driving license.
