Freelance Clinical Project Manager - Mid-sized CRO - Europe

​Exciting Opportunity for Freelance Clinical Project Managers Across Europe!

RBW Consulting is currently partnered with a mid-sized CRO that operates on a global level in their search for Freelance Clinical Project Managers. We are looking for experienced professionals to manage a variety of studies within the following regions:

• Central Eastern Europe

• Western Europe

• UK

• Scandinavia

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team on an initial 1-year contract at an estimated 0.8-1 FTE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of clinical trials

• Ensure studies are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

• Monitor study progress and address any issues that arise

• Prepare and present project updates and reports

• Ensure high-quality data collection and documentation

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in clinical project management within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and GCP

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
