Exclusively partnered with an exciting, growing CDMO and following a significant recent private equity backing, I am now supporting the Chief Commercial Officer and Product Development team in bringing in at least one additional, experienced Product Development Specialist into the team.

This position will act as a key interface between the internal subject matter experts in the development, manufacturing and analytical teams, as well as external clients, to ensure that projects are planned, delivered and implemented in the highest quality.

Given the amount of stakeholder interaction, the combination between technical expertise as well as commercial awareness is critical. The successful candidate will be able to manage client expectations and coordinate internal delivery expectations to ensure that all parties are working towards the same expectations.

Whilst there is flexibility for remote/hybrid working, some site presence is preferred, especially early on, in order to build the right relationships and also to understand some of the technical nuances on the growing facility.

Experience:

• Experienced/Knowledgeable within terminal sterilisation – either in house or outsourced would be considered

• Previous client facing experience

• Project management capability – this may come in the form of experience and/or training

• Understanding of the CDMO/CMO space and how to coordinate delivery

• Good experience in technology transfer processes

• Excellent stakeholder management skills
