Responsibilities:

  • Manage mRNA production and scheduling.

  • Collaborate with department managers to create and maintain production and QC schedules.

  • Help develop and optimize production workflows, enhancing delivery capabilities.

  • Identify and address root causes of production issues to improve stability and overall quality.

  • Support cross-functional communication to develop mRNA production platform capabilities.

  • Maintain proper training and performance documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Synthetic Biology, Microbiology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field, with at least 4+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industries.

  • Extensive experience and knowledge in HPLC purification, equipment operation, and maintenance.

  • A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in the biotechnology production sector.
