They are seeking a dynamic Midweight Strategist to join their fun and social team. Working across a diverse range of pharmaceutical clients, you will be the glue that binds teams together, delivering compelling campaigns that drive positive change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute communication strategies for various healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals and objectives.

  • Insight Generation: Conduct research and analysis to uncover deep insights into target audiences, therapeutic areas, and industry trends, translating these into actionable strategies.

  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives, providing strategic guidance and recommendations.

  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with creative teams to ensure that strategic insights are effectively translated into innovative and impactful campaigns.

  • Content Development: Oversee the creation of strategic content, including messaging frameworks, campaign briefs, and tactical plans.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns, using data and analytics to optimise strategies and provide actionable feedback to clients.

  • Industry Expertise: Stay current with trends in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, applying this knowledge to inform strategy development.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience: 3-5 years in a strategic role within medical communications.

  • Education: Minimum BSc in a Life Science subject required.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop clear, actionable strategies.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; able to present complex information clearly.

  • Analytical Skills: Capable of researching and analysing data; applying insights to strategy.

  • Creative Collaboration: Experience in working with creative teams to meet strategic objectives.

  • Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory requirements.

  • Client Management: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships; deliver strategic value.

  • Omnichannel & Customer Experience: Experience with omnichannel strategies, customer journey mapping, and enhancing customer experience.
