RBW Consulting are excited to announce an opportunity on behalf of one of our close clients. This company is a small CRO that is experiencing considerable growth in recent years. Here, you will have lots of visibility throughout the business and will work with a team that is knowledgeable, dedicated, and collaborative. It is a great environment for increasing your exposure to different aspects of the clinical trial process which will lead to incredible career development on a personal level. This includes access to international study team meetings, performing feasibility studies, as well as performing submissions.


The Clinical Research Associate position itself is unique as you will have the opportunity to monitor internationally across Belgium, The Netherlands, UK, Germany, and France. 1-2 monitoring visits per month will be allocated abroad, so if you enjoy travel, this is a great opportunity for you!


Typical Responsibilities Include:

  • Select Study sites and perform pre-study visits

  • Perform Site Feasibility studies

  • Plan and perform Site visits (PSV, SIV, IMV and COV)

  • To perform submissions in CTIS: initial submissions, notifications, substantial modifications amongst other

  • To participate in international study teams

  • To verify IP ordering, shipments, storage and accountability

  • To coordinate audit and inspection preparation activities when required and ensure that corrective and preventive actions are implemented

  • To participate on department-wide tasks to contribute to the optimization of processes within the department


Requirements:

  • University degree in the life sciences or equivalent

  • Minimum of 1 year of on-site monitoring experience

  • Languages - Native Dutch and Fluent in English and French

  • Willingness to travel internationally
