​Are you an ambitious Senior Account Executive looking for your next step up, or an up-and-coming Account Manager ready to take on new challenges? What you'll bring:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in healthcare communications, from an agency background

  • A passion for healthcare and an understanding of PR/marketing

  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail, with the ability to draft various content including press releases, social media copy, and website content

  • Experience managing or supporting communications campaigns and forming strong client relationships

  • Leadership abilities, with the confidence to oversee projects and support junior team members

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

  • Financial awareness, including experience managing cost trackers and budgets

  • A degree in a relevant field is preferred

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development of materials such as disease fact sheets, infographics, website copy, press releases, and internal communications

  • Managing small to medium-sized projects with minimal input from senior leadership

  • Delegating tasks effectively and supporting junior team members to deliver projects to a high standard

  • Participating confidently in client calls and meetings, presenting updates and contributing to discussions

  • Conducting media sell-ins, building relationships with relevant journalists, and supporting PR activities

  • Demonstrating an understanding of social media channels used by clients, including paid vs organic strategies

  • Maintaining a solutions-focused mindset to overcome barriers and deliver successful projects
