What you'll bring:
2-3 years of relevant experience in healthcare communications, from an agency background
A passion for healthcare and an understanding of PR/marketing
Strong writing skills and attention to detail, with the ability to draft various content including press releases, social media copy, and website content
Experience managing or supporting communications campaigns and forming strong client relationships
Leadership abilities, with the confidence to oversee projects and support junior team members
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Financial awareness, including experience managing cost trackers and budgets
A degree in a relevant field is preferred
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the development of materials such as disease fact sheets, infographics, website copy, press releases, and internal communications
Managing small to medium-sized projects with minimal input from senior leadership
Delegating tasks effectively and supporting junior team members to deliver projects to a high standard
Participating confidently in client calls and meetings, presenting updates and contributing to discussions
Conducting media sell-ins, building relationships with relevant journalists, and supporting PR activities
Demonstrating an understanding of social media channels used by clients, including paid vs organic strategies
Maintaining a solutions-focused mindset to overcome barriers and deliver successful projects
