Are you ready to take on a senior leadership role in medical communications and events, driving high-impact projects for healthcare and life sciences clients? This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader with extensive agency experience who understands the full communications cycle—from concept to execution, through to media planning. You’ll be influencing client strategies, driving growth, and delivering innovative solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
What you'll bring:
Extensive experience in medical communications from an agency setting, with expertise in overseeing the full communications lifecycle, including media planning
Proven ability to lead and influence clients, ensuring strong strategic partnerships and driving account growth
A deep understanding of how to integrate communications strategies, media planning, and events into a cohesive plan
Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver high-quality work on time
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships
A strategic mindset, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and expand client relationships
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading client accounts, driving the full communications strategy, from development through to media planning and execution
Influencing and guiding clients on long-term communications strategies that align with their business objectives
Identifying and seizing opportunities for account growth, driving new business and expanding existing relationships
Overseeing event planning and ensuring that it aligns with broader communications and media strategies
Building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor and influencing decision-making
Leading and mentoring account teams, ensuring high standards of work and supporting their professional growth
Managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
